Welcome to the new More Productive Now!
e-mail management, personal productivity, task management August 18th. 2011, 2:08amWelcome to the new More Productive Now! website. The site redesign reflects a shift in focus for the company. I continue to conduct some productivity consulting engagements. However, having seen still a great and largely unfulfilled need for software that effectively solves the information overload problem (especially as it pertains to e-mail), I’ve recently focused increasingly on the development of tools to solve this set of issues – most notably LifeRunner. I’ve also begun a focus on creating tools for Evernote, a wonderful product and platform for storage and retrieval of information and memories.
I’ll have much more to say soon on these topics and these applications. Stay tuned!

The teaser for LifeRunner is killing me. Desperate. Running 4 companies 2 toddlers & a life. If it does as video implies it would obviate hosted exchange for email sync purposes in addition to unified project management? Lifesaver. Launch launch launch.

Agree w/ last poster. I have invested heavily into finding the right collaboration tool for a creative, cross-platform, multi-location digital media company and be it a program or a service, what I need does not exits on the planet earth! You name it – Zoho, Zotero, Zoot, Zimbra, Google Apps, Basecamp/Backpack, Pelotonics, Microsoft) or a ‘kludge’ solution (somebody’s calendar, somebody’s contact manager, somebody’s note-taker, somebody’s database, somebody’s reader, somebody’s brain or outliner, somebody’s indexed search engine, etc.), I see LifeRunner (and Tusk & Reminder) as the only elegant & intelligent ‘shell’ – drawing together and putting under one roof other ‘best of bread’ solutions to offer “the full package”. Yes, please, launch!

I still have the manuals for Lotus Agenda. Truly a product ahead of its time. Its ability to categorize items in the backround, and to recategorize items as new categories are created is still not available in any product I’m aware of. I’m looking forward to LifeRunner

Hi,
Is there any timeframe known regarding the release of LifeRunner?
Thanks,
Paulo

That’s a fair question, and I’ve been remiss in not updating the blog (in general and as it relates to LifeRunner).
The short (well, kind of short) answer is that I have a prototype of LifeRunner working which contains the basic product functionality, but which needs (a) performance tuning to run acceptably fast with larger volumes of data, and (b) is currently operating with a purely local data store and which now needs to be expanded so that it can synchronize one’s data “in the cloud” and among multiple devices.
I’ll publish more details shortly via the blog here.
