We believe your privacy is very important.  We do not and will not collect any personally identifiable information without your prior consent, and will always allow you to opt-out of the collection of this information.

Our software products do not collect or transmit to us any of your personal information.

We will never rent or sell your email address or other personal information to spammers or other third parties.

We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties for the following reasons:

• With your advance permission.
• When required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, to prevent fraud or imminent harm, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• In the event that More Productive Now is acquired by or merged with another company, we will transfer information about you to that other company.

More Productive Now may amend this privacy and data collection policy from time to time. If we do so, the revised privacy policy will be posted here. Any changes made will impact future software, but will not impact customers who installed products prior to the time the change was made unless they choose to upgrade to the new release.
